Rotary Piling

Overview

Rotary bored cast in-situ pile installation in varied geological profiles including soft soils, hard rock intercepts, and high groundwater conditions.

ACEEPL operates a dedicated fleet of hydraulic rotary rigs capable of installing piles from 600mm to 2000mm diameter to depths exceeding 60m. Our in-house geotechnical team analyses borehole data to optimise pile configuration for each project, reducing material cost while guaranteeing capacity.

FAQs

Common Questions

What pile diameters does your rotary fleet cover?

600mm to 2000mm diameter, with rock-socketing capability using full-face roller bits.

Can you work in high groundwater conditions?

Yes — we use polymer or bentonite support fluid and casing systems to stabilise the bore in challenging hydrogeological conditions.

Require Rotary Piling?

Speak with our engineering team about your project requirements.
